On October 8, 2005 we opened our doors at this restaurant, with great optimism & an equal amount of anxiety. After over 30 years in the restaurant business, I was confident in our business plan and was sure we would become an integral part of the neighborhood. Throughout my career as a chef of several area establishments, I was quite successful at satisfying the most discriminating customers.
Here at Foley’s Backstreet Grille, we have set high standards for ourselves by using only the freshest ingredients available, cooking our entrees to order, and paying attention to even the smallest details. We continue to grow & evolve as a restaurant, creating new recipes that offer quality & variety to keep our loyal customers coming back week after week.
Over the years, we have developed close friendships with many of our regular customers, and take great pride in the fact that these friends return often to enjoy all we have to offer. Many of our servers have gotten to know these same customers, to the point they look forward to the opportunity to wait on them on a weekly basis. Isn’t that what being a neighborhood restaurant is all about?
And our success speaks for itself. As pleased as we are that our business continues its’ record-breaking growth in these difficult economic times, we take nothing for granted as we always strive for perfection. In this tough economy, we continue to support the many charitable organizations in our neighborhood, in an effort to give back to the community. We enjoy being a good neighbor, and take great pride in our standing in the community!
